Prohibited. WHSAA Rule 5.7 prohibits athletes from capitalizing on athletic fame through money, gifts of monetary value or merchandise while maintaining eligibility.

Paid endorsements, sponsorships, merchandise royalties and other monetized uses of athletic fame can create eligibility risk for active Wyoming high school athletes.
What Athletes Can Do Instead
Athletes can learn NIL fundamentals, build a personal brand, create non-commercial content and develop relationships for future opportunities without activating a compensated arrangement that conflicts with current amateurism rules.
