👉 Any payments from Influxer to athletes DO NOT COUNT against the NCAA Division I settlement cap
👉 Influxer is NOT AN ASSOCIATED ENTITY or individual with any specific institution (our agreements with athletes are not done on behalf of any university and we are not an entity owned or operated by an institution)
👉 Any payment from Influxer to an athlete is entirely funded by Influxer & we are not either directly or indirectly paying an athlete on behalf of an institution
👉 Division I schools may continue to work with Influxer to assist with sign-ups & promotion without altering this definition or impacting the settlement cap (business as usual)
👉 Division I athletes have the obligation under the settlement to report contracts or payments valued at $600 or more to NIL GO - once a Division I athlete reaches $600 in payments from Influxer they are required by the settlement to report the earnings on the NIL GO platform within 5 business days of reaching $600 (they will need a copy of the contract that Influxer previously sent electronically which they can upload into NIL GO)
👉 Athletes can of course disclose the contract on NIL GO at the time of signing up with Influxer knowing that they will earn more than $600 during the life of the partnership - but the requirement is not triggered until they reach earning $600 through royalties
