One of the most significant recent changes is the rollout of NIL Go, a mandated reporting platform for all Division I athletics.
Here’s what you need to know and how we’re helping.
What is NIL Go?
NIL Go is a standardized reporting system required by the NCAA for Division I student-athletes. It’s designed to streamline how Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) activity is tracked and submitted.
The key rule:
If a student-athlete earns $600 or more from a single NIL deal, or across multiple payments from the same source, they must report it in NIL Go within 5 business days of crossing that threshold.
How Influxer Is Supporting Compliance
We’re stepping up with a set of features and systems designed to make compliance simple and stress-free for athletes and admins:

Athlete Notifications:
We’ll automatically notify athletes (via email and the Influxer app) when they hit the $600 threshold, reminding them to report their earnings through NIL Go right away. -
Admin Alerts:
When any athlete at a school crosses the reporting threshold, we’ll notify the school's designated admin via email and our compliance dashboard, Stadium. That way, everyone is aligned, and administrators can provide an extra reminder to report. -
Payor Request Support:
As the NIL Go system requires deal payors to verify information, Influxer is ready to step in. We’re already completing payor requests and will continue to do so as needed.
