Organize an athletic department merchandise resource page by reader: athletes need a starting process, fans need a verified discovery route, and staff need an update contact. Keep each route short and current.
A page outline and maintenance register
What this resource helps readers do.
Official campus NIL guidance → review contact → relevant platform introduction.
Public athlete discovery → verify the athlete → current product information.
Named page owner and an accessible contact route.
This is an original wireframe, not a screenshot or an endorsement by a university. Replace each proposed route with the institution’s actual current destination.
| Destination | Owner | Review trigger |
|---|---|---|
| Campus NIL guidance | Relevant campus staff contact | Policy or contact change. |
| Athlete discovery | Assigned page editor | Platform change or new season. |
| Artwork questions | Relevant rights or licensing contact | New guidance or proposed use. |
| Support route | Assigned page editor | Broken link or support change. |
Add columns for last checked date, result and next action in your working copy. Test links signed out on a phone. If a resource moves, update the descriptive label as well as the URL. A label saying “our athletes’ stores” should not open an unexplained directory of multiple schools.
Do not mix historical partnership announcements with current instructions. Keep announcements available as records, but make the live resource page responsible for the next step. A visible review date is valuable only when someone actually checks the links and guidance.
Before you finish
- Give each audience one clear starting route.
- Name the maintenance owner.
- Check the real destinations before changing the review date.
